Sean Campbell, Manager
Sean Campbell is the Manager of Absolute Pool & Spa Care and has been an integral part of the team since 2023. During his time with the company, Sean has earned one of the highest numbers of 5-star customer reviews in our history—a testament to his commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction. His experience spans all areas of our business, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations. He has also earned both the Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and Certified Maintenance Specialist (CMS) certifications, further demonstrating his dedication to professional excellence.
When he’s not helping customers solve pool and spa challenges, Sean can usually be found searching for his next spicy food adventure. His longtime girlfriend will tell you that if a menu says “extra hot,” Sean sees it as a personal challenge. He’s also a devoted fan of hot honey (and that’s not his girlfriend’s nickname) and would gladly put it on just about anything—including foods most people would consider off-limits. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to podcasts and has a passion for motorcycles.
When asked what he enjoys most about working at Absolute Pool & Spa Care, Sean says, “The opportunity to solve problems every day and build relationships with customers.” Given his track record, it’s clear that both customers and coworkers appreciate his ability to do exactly that.
Kim Fowler, Office Manager
Kim Fowler serves as our Office Manager, overseeing many critical functions that keep APSC running smoothly, including finances, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Since joining the team in April 2024, Kim has become an invaluable part of our daily operations through her dedication, organization, and positive attitude.
Outside of work, Kim’s greatest passion is her family. She also enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and listening to just about every genre of music. Known for her outgoing personality, she loves meeting new people—provided they don’t annoy her too quickly! Her loving team teases her alot for being a girly-girl who loves having really long nails, never leaves the house without makeup, and does not own any shoes that aren’t heels.😂😊
When asked about working at APSC, Kim says, “APSC is an awesome place to work! I have a cool boss (I agree), a very relaxed work environment, and a great team to work with.”
Emma Roxbury, Office Administrator
Emma Roxbury serves as our Office Administrator and plays a vital role in keeping our office running efficiently. Her responsibilities include scheduling, answering phones, reviewing completed work tickets, and handling a variety of other administrative duties that help support both our team and our customers. At just 22 years old, Emma brings energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to APSC every day.
Originally from Blairsville, Georgia, Emma loves making memories through travel and adventure. She and her boyfriend have created a unique nationwide travel map where they—and friends and family—can add photos from each state they visit. Nearly every weekend, they’re off exploring somewhere new and adding another piece to their growing collection of memories. It’s their favorite way to document their travels and look back on all the experiences they’ve shared over the years.
Emma’s biggest pet peeve? People who bite their nails loudly. Because of this, the rest of the office does our best to keep our nails trimmed and our chewing habits under control Monday through Friday!
When asked about her experience at APSC, Emma shared:

Natalia Mobley , Maintenance Supervisor
Natalia Mobley is our Maintenance Supervisor and has been an invaluable part of Absolute Pool & Spa Care since December 2023. She has earned more 5-star Google reviews than almost anyone in company history, which comes as no surprise to anyone who has worked with her. Natalia and her longtime boyfriend are raising two wonderful daughters together—though we’re all still taking bets on when they’ll finally make it down the aisle!
When she’s not keeping pools in top shape, Natalia enjoys hiking, especially when there’s a waterfall waiting at the end of the trail. Her favorite snack is carrots and hummus, proving that not everyone survives on coffee and pizza. What Natalia enjoys most about working at Absolute Pool & Spa Care is the opportunity to learn something new every day—and with her dedication and positive attitude, she’s constantly teaching the rest of us a thing or two as well.
