Absolute Pool & Spa Care
It can be summed up by our Mission Statement: “To eliminate the negative perception of the service industry by creating a positive experience the customer will always remember!”
We instill in our staff the belief that they should be elite in everything they do. They should strive to be an elite father or mother. They should strive to be an elite mom or dad. They should strive to be an elite son, daughter, friend, and employee. Striving to be an elite service technician provides internal motivation. This motivation combined with our support, creates an environment that breeds success throughout all of life.
Customizable Maintenance Plans That Fit Your Needs
Superior Value & Experience You Can Trust
The second part is being a servant. The best leaders are the best servants. They should strive to serve their spouses, parents, friends, community, church and customers. Success will ultimately come their way once selfishness is overtaking by servitude. Making a customer smile, making a child smile, making your spouse smile, will ultimately make them smile… and smiling after job well done is a powerful motivator.
I can go on and on about why Absolute Pool & Spa Care is different than other pool service companies. Instead of a list, I prefer that you, the customer, understand our beliefs and our core values.
The bottom line is we provide more than just a paycheck for our employees. We train them on how to improve their skills at the workplace and in life. We also give them opportunities to experience serving others and the gratitude that comes with it. This creates an environment that employees enjoy working. When employees enjoy where they work, they work on a career. When they work on a career, customers will enjoy experienced technicians. When customers enjoy experienced technicians, they enjoy working with Absolute Pool & Spa Care. It’s the cycle of a successful relationship!
About the Owner
My name is Mark Thompson and I am Founder of Absolute Pool & Spa Care. I have been in the swimming pool and hot tub business since 1991. I started in Dayton, Ohio and was privileged to work with a wonderful family at Knickerbocker Pools. That is where I was taught how to provide customers with the right pool or hot tub for their needs, educate them on the proper care of their water and equipment, and develop my leadership skills..
I built a relationship with a company in Atlanta and through continued success in helping them with Home & Garden Shows, they transferred me from Dayton to Atlanta in 1996. Our primary objective was to add swimming pools to their spa store and supply, maintain, and deliver hot tubs for the 1996 Olympics. That was a great time!
After a couple of years, another local company had hired me to develop a hot tub division in their pool table store. After successfully creating and stabilizing their spa department, I determined that it was time to start my own company. Hence, the birth of Absolute Pool & Spa Care on March 15, 2001. After going from a small room in an apartment then to the basement of a house, we are now located in a 5-office building in downtown Cumming and opened a second location in Norcross.
We are the only service company in Atlanta that has a functional training center for our Technicians with complete system set-ups to educate them throughout the year. This growth was all made possible through the countless work hours in the heat of Summer and the coldest days of Winter by our many Service Technicians throughout the years. The growth was made because they earned customer’s loyalty and the compliments to their friends. Our customer’s demanded we grow. Now, we’re not perfect and we make mistakes. However, if you choose to allow Absolute Pool & Spa Care to serve you, you will have a group of individuals who truly care about your satisfaction. Our team loves when you smile and feels your pain times ten when you don’t. Our sincerity will be proven by the end of your experience.

WHAT HOME OWNERS SAY ABOUT US
Your satisfaction is our priority !
"The long and short of it is that these guys are amazing. Prompt, professional, willing to go out of their way to please and get the job done better than expected.... and fast! I had dealt with another pool guy prior to this that dragged his feet for a month, not getting anything done. One call to this company and BAM! The liner was installed. When I asked them when they were going to do the other stuff, they informed me that they already did it! I was and still am blown away. They should be a model for any company, regardless of the industry."
"Just wanted to let you know how appreciative we are for the job well done. The tile installation was done in a timely manner. Your employees were courteous and professional. The follow up phone call is what really stood out with us; most pool companies we have dealt with have a hard time even returning phone calls. We would gladly recommend you and your company to anyone." "We look forward to working with you in the future." "Thank you!"
