"Josh & Scott called me when they said they would -- 30 minutes out so I could get home in time to meet them but also have time to get some errands done beforehand. I just didn't know what a good beginning that would be to the whole experience. I'm always anxious about opening the pool because it is an older system and I anticipate what all could go wrong since last season. Well, we did have some challenges which started when Josh flipped the switch to turn on the pump (after carefully removing the Loop Lock cover and folding it up for storage). The pump didn't engage because the switch was bad ... who would have imagined that? Anyway, I have scheduled (I hope, a return trip for the switch to be replaced ... would really appreciate it if Josh could return ... but have to think that, because of Josh's expertise, you only employ the best technicians). After he figured out how to "make things happen" with the pump, he patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and made some great suggestions about other matters of concern. Josh is truly a credit to your company, and we only hope you appreciate him as much as we do. If we weren't moving out-of-state in the near future, we would absolutely continue to do business with your company."
